Yeoh Tung Seng is a partner at Yeoh & Joanne, where he provides expert legal counsel to private companies, founders, family businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and professionals. He specialises in dispute resolution, litigation, intellectual property disputes, and civil disputes related to construction, land, contractual, corporate, and commercial matters.

Tung Seng earned his LLB (Hons) and Master of Laws (LLM Hons) from the University of Northumbria, England. He was admitted as a Barrister-at-Law (Lincoln’s Inn) in 2009 and completed his pupillage in a leading firm in Kuala Lumpur. In August 2010, he was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya, where he has practised since.

In addition to his legal practice, Tung Seng serves as an adjudicator with the Asian International Arbitration Centre, providing expertise in resolving construction disputes. He is recognised for his meticulous approach and extensive experience in handling complex civil, corporate, and commercial disputes, offering practical, strategic, and commercially-oriented solutions for clients across Malaysia and beyond.
